Patrick did an amazing job with replacing my carpet with vinyl planking on my stairs. He was fast and efficient but very detailed in his work, they look beautiful! I would highly recommend Lakefront Finishing.

We love our new home! We met Patrick at the Chestermere Starbucks in March 2024. We immediately felt comfortable with his style and manner. We told him we had purchased a house with our son and wanted to turn the unfinished basement into a secondary suite apartment for us. He sketched out a plan with our input and right away applied for permits from the city. Meanwhile, we worked with his sub-trades and chose kitchen cabinets, flooring etc. Patrick visited us regularly to check on the work and to check on us too. We really appreciate his personality and attention to detail. Every time we encountered problems he came up with solutions. And now we have a beautiful home that we love love love! We just tackled an almost 4 month full home remodel with Patrick. He he took our vague ideas and visions and turned them into reality. His suggestions were spot on and he didn't flinch when I kept adding to the project list LOL! We love how everything turned out and found working with Patrick so easy and enjoyable! Pat is an expert of all trades. I had a complex issue in my bathroom that he knew immediately the problem and the solution. I had moisture on my drywall in area behind steam/shower room and it was wicking up from the base. He did the entire project from start to finish himself with attention to such detail and skill that my bathroom project looks exceptional. He ripped out the drywall and replaced, had to tear out base of shower and put in new pan and liner and rebuild it. We couldn’t get the same stone anymore so he cut my spare stones to a gorgeous meticulous size that blended perfect with my upper part of the shower. It looked even better than before. What detail! Very economical and fast, would highly recommend! I did actually use him a second time to try and retrofit a double oven in existing cabinetry and move the m/w into a new spot. He had to use my existing cabinetry and cut and detail to make it look like original installation. No one could tell this was a retro fit. Will use Pat for all projects going forward

Our basement development was done with care and attention. Pat was very professional, on time and consistently kept us informed on progress of all aspects of the development. We would highly recommend him for all basement developments and kitchen and bath upgrades.
